What is the Chantry?
The Order of the Chantry (OOTC) is an animated web series following the increasingly unhinged (mis)adventures of Agon—the ambitious founder and de facto abbot of the Chantry—and his two frenemies: Prophet Marcian (who talks to corpses) and Prioress Ayumi (who is only there because she likes Agon). Together, they are attempting to build a legitimate religion using some very questionable methods.
Born from a homebrew D&D game in 2021, the Chantry has evolved over 3.5 campaigns into an animated fever dream, now culminating in its fourth installment titled Mass Hysteria—a live, collaborative video series where the audience gets to vote on what happens next. Yes, that means you can absolutely make things worse.
