Fed up with everyone's bullshit, stubborn, eccentric at times, scrappy, troublemaker, vengeful against those who have wronged him, secretly very protective towards those he cares about. Best word to describe him is "wildcard".
He's very unpredictable, but a good leader regardless.
Bottles up his emotions and numbs himself to the pain he feels. Always lies to himself that he's okay and nothing is bothering him. Uses merciless violence as an unhealthy way to vent anger.
Butts heads with Marcian a lot but they both genuinely care deeply about each other. Agon tries hard to help him face reality. He secretly cries whenever they have a huge fight. He cares about Ayumi as well, though she's less troubled.
Loves rats and considers them friends. Has a pet lizard named Ignatius. Favorite food is shrimp.
Favorite spell is Flame Strike.

Polite, calm, intelligent, insane, creepy. Scale of passive aggressive to murderous if you're on his bad side. Blithe about issues that he deems are of no concern to him or his order.
100% delusional but doesn't realize it. Can't cope with conflicting beliefs. Refuses to acknowledge any feelings of doubt, so he is stuck living in the past. Always wants someone/something to guide him.
Fears his own obsolescence, being alone, and change. Tries to be humble but yearns to be revered, or at least appreciated. Despises being away from the monastery.

VISIC ERA MARCIAN (Seasons 1-3)
Pious monk who was the Prophet of a doomsday cult that worshiped an obscure sun god called Vis. His job was to preserve the corpses of the Apostles (people chosen by Vis to die and become His vessels).
Because he was chosen by God, he had ecstatic visions and heard the voices of the Apostles in his head. They gave him orders from God (the only way He could communicate with His followers).
Had his tongue cut out by the player characters during the game because he refused to give them information that would expose his brethren's plans of growing a physical body large and powerful enough for Vis to be born into the mortal world and destroy it.
CHANTRY ERA MARCIAN (Seasons 3.5-current)
Now dubbed "Apostle" of the Order of the Chantry, which worships "The Lord"--a group of three Canonic gods (Deccis (death), Hoemus (disease), and Bromeo (mirth)).
Marcian fell victim to his delusions and carved the word "SINNER" into his forehead (because he thought God told him to) and cut out his tongue to keep himself from admitting his wrongdoing. Betrayed Agon by choosing to listen to the Apostles and attempting to kill him. Agon regenerated his tongue but left the forehead scars as a reminder of his betrayal.
He finally realized that Vis was dead and the false reality he built to comfort himself was fake. Agon gave Marcian a symbolic funeral to put his old life to rest and baptized him into the Chantry as a Prophet of the Lord.
His personality and habits are still the same, but now he worships Deccis, the goddess of death. He still experiences visions, but they are now from Her.

Easily confused, shy, weird, aloof, head in the clouds, obsessively lovesick.
Unskilled alchemist, knight, jester, and currently nun. Not very socially adept.
Classically trained. Was madly in love with a noble named Raphael who didn't reciprocate. She killed his fiancée and gave him a love potion. She was quickly caught and exiled from Tucrousau.
Did odd jobs in Benwhel such as mercenary work and jester-ing. Taken in by Agon and joined his religious order.
Killed by Marcian and damned to the Nine Hells by her patron god, Fleyance, for her twisted view of love (and being ugly).
Tortured by the archdemon Lilith, who presided over the circle of the sin of Lust. Agon revived her.
Adventures thus far: breaking her restraining order and trying to kill Raphael, developing a crush on Agon, being kidnapped by Chroma in the Feywild, discovering the pleasures of therapy, and getting possessed by a demon and subsequently exorcised.
Trying her best to be the pure maiden that she is.
